Left orbit all day. It spots 1, then 2, then 3 letters every shot. Will go back down if not shot fast enough.
Uptown let's you shoot balls on other playfield for a awhile, then you get multiball

Right Orbit to spot letter in city slicker and collect "$" rollovers shoot the top right scoop to go "uptown"
Bonus is 10K/CITY SLICKER letter. The maximum is 300K (3 completions) + whatever letters you have at the moment; it won't go above 400K.
Center saucer is the hidden points. Scores 5K then SPOT letter, then collect bonus. Shoot saucer all day during multiball.
Beware the police shooting back at you from saucer kickout. There's a CPU-controlled flipper up there, typically shoots ball to bottom left.
